Winners not drawn

I've come across a website for a large store's local community page on Facebook.
They have been putting prize draws on and only getting about 20 people entering.
I was going to start posting them on CT, but looking at some of the prize draws no winner has been chosen.
The two I can see that have been drawn are for a sofa and £150. Someone has commented on one of the posts asking if it had been drawn as it is past the date they said they would post a winner.
Smaller prize draws have taken place on the date they said they would be posted, and the page admin. are very active, so do they need to honour the prize draw or can they just ignore it?
I've tried to find the answer online and in the forum, but haven't been successful.

They have to make details of winners available to the ASA if they ask for them - with GDPR no winner has to allow their details to be made available to the public and that's regardless of what might be agreed to at the time of entry as you can withdraw previously given consent at any time.
(is the page run by the store or just a group of "fans"?)1 -

It's staff from the store and it's as if it is an extension to the store page. (store name, area)( I) community support. It is always staff pictures and in-store promotions and prize draws.
All the small draws are done using an online spinning wheel with names on it.
Edit: The store's page also shows the prize draws and a video of the draw taking place.
The comment asking about the draw has not been answered even though other comments on the page have been and the page admin are very active.£2021 in 2021 no.17 £1,093.20/£20211
