Any Positive Outcomes with Natwest

I am so anxious...does anyone have any positive recent outcomes with Natwest! My broker has submitted my application this evening and seems really positive...I am worried as I have two late payments and a few payday loans all of which are over 2 years old. I am buying my dads house and he is gifting me the equity for the deposit. I just feel like after reading online I have no chance...What are my chances 😭

In the last 18 months, I have sent them 20 applications. 19 have been offered. The one that was declined did have a few quirks that many lenders would be unwilling to lend on in the current climate so kind of understandable.
They are a pretty reliable lender in my opinion. If you have got this far I reckon you will be fine.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it. I can’t believe how quickly NatWest have handled our application! We applied direct after a bad experience with an MB…
10th June - AIP for 95% LTV over the phone, soft search completed. (initial AIP completed online a few weeks previously for different mortgage value) Documents requested and uploaded to DigiDocs.
17th June - Application interview over Zoom with NatWest MA, hard search completed and application passed to underwriters for processing
18th June - Valuation survey instructed
21st June - Additional documents requested and uploaded to DigiDocs
23rd June - Email received stating mortgage approved, subject to valuation!1 -
