Hi looking for a bit advise, I had a 5k loan with amigo, balance was about 4k when I got into difficulty and entered a debt repayment agreement, my guarantor repaid the balance as amigo would not agree to debt program. Since then I had claim against amigo accepted and they made a refund payment to my guarantor, since then they have reopened my account with a 6k balance, how does this work and why after admitting they never carried out out affordable checks on my loans they are now saying I owe them money again?

She's had It back twice now as I keep repaying her every month0

If you fell out with the guarantor good luck.
Otherwise at least you can stop paying them now and hopefully they may give you some of the money you paid them to pay your new Amigo balance,0 -
