Santander Early Repayment Charge

I have sold my house and I'm struggling to find something else so may need to redeem my mortgage before I buy another. Santander have sent my annual mortgage statement stating the early repayment charge is zero, which isn't correct. Does anyone know how likely I am to be successful in arguing this with them?

    0%, I would guess.
  • At a different high street bank I know the workings of I would say its more likely than not you'd get it waived but after complaining (and potentially going through FOS). Obviously this opposites to above poster. Good luck regardless.
