Hi I'm on hoilday at present and gamble on the machines..
I won on a £2 spin 20 mega spins with 4 specials to get it .
I was half way through my 20 mega spins and upto £169 . And had one big win come in but the machine froze this would have been a £200+ win at least and 10more mega spins to go ..
I got the manager who didn't no what to do so he phoned head office who informed him that they can only pay what's been won and no additional wins or anything and would need to reset the win .
I had allready put quite a lot in the machine.
And finally get a win for the machine to freeze up .
They said there's nothing I can do .
Was just wondering if there was ?
Thanks

So I asked where it stated that and he didn't no 🤷🏼♂️ .
Was just wondering if there was any possibility of appealing there decision .
But doesn't seem like it
Very upsetting after a long dry run .
Thanks for the response0
