I found this helpful last time round, I was thinking about tweaking the CV.

Likes of Reed and Indeed have templates to build on which you can use off site/download and save once built.
Not sure about using paid for services or even having someone else write up, it is best written by you.
I had help through an Adult College/learning CV writing service arranged by the jobcentre one time, but that was many moons ago got to say.
