CCJ issued without my knowledge

Good afternoon all

i have found out yesterday that i have 2 CCJ' against me when my insurance company did a random search for my renewal.

they are now declining to renew the policy because of these.

on speaking to the court after finding out what they were for it appears i have 2 parking tickets which i have no knowledge about,.

if i constest the judgements the fees are £255 each and can take upto 6 months to be heard and funnily enough the parking tickets are about the same,but according to the court these CCJ' will remain in place.

is there anything i can do, i don't have any debt and according to my broker we will struggle to get insurance because of these?

Parking firms send all the paperwork for their tickets to the address of the registered keeper, if you moved and didn't update that in between getting the ticket and updating the file then yes you will have missed their paperwork
