Do their online mortgage accounts give you a daily/monthly update on your house valuation so you can move to a favourable fixed as and when, or are LTV’s and Valuations not available on the online account like that where it’s instant?
Also, does anyone know if changing the term for existing customers is straight forward enough? Or a full on 2 hour appointment.

Thanks, I find it odd that you can’t take a mortgage term to 75 on their online apps as external application but you can take it to 75 execution only as existing customer!

not sure.   We can do 75 no problems for new customer even though criteria always said 70

Thanks for this, is is definate can change to age 75 online or is up to 70 execution only and beyond will be a phone call.
A 90 minute call isn't for me to change a term!

You'll need to ask them or be lucky enough for someone here to work for Nationwide.  We all use a different system and lenders usually allow brokers more flexibility as we take liability if it goes wrong and someone complains
