The agent just called sbout something unrelated so I asked him to ask them (he probably won't!).

Have you filled in your TA6 form yet? If not, just put those items you want to leave behind on the form. That way, your purchaser will know what to expect. In fact, during our recent house purchase there was quite a bit of to-ing and fro-ing as to what would be left - no problem at all. Obviously get rid of rubbish....0

Just revisiting this thread regarding our sofa bed.. We've contacted bhf and I think they will take it, it has the right certificates etc. One question, I'm sure someone on here said they don't collect from upstairs?! However, I can't seem to find this on their website!
If they do collect from upstairs , are they pretty careful or likely to bash the place up?!0 -

Our collections - 5 or 6 over a 20 year period, so different people obviously, were all very careful not to cause any damage either to the donated furniture, or to our house.

Thanks, that's so helpful. We were considering asking someone coming round today to help bring it down - but we don't really want it just in the middle of the lounge (when we already have a sofa) for say a week or two - we haven't secured a collection yet.0
