I could do with data to fill out a DBS check form. I found a form you can submit in hard-copy intended for legal claims, or some links for self-assessment tax. But are there any accessible records available to an ordinary PAYE employee going back say five years?

My Personal Tax Account goes back tp 2016/17. Have you tried yours?

Another avenue you could look at is your P60s. They are often issued electronically nowadays, so you may be able to get PDFs (which you can print out if need be).
Edit: For clarity, you get those from your employer, not from HMRC/gov.uk1 -
Many thanks, those should both help0
