Hey, just wondering if anyone has a rough idea how much a tiler currently charges in the belfast / newtownabbey area? We have a guy coming out to quote but haven't had a tiler in years, so just wondered the current going rate so we can gauge if he's on par. Trying to source a few other guys as well but they seem hard to get at the minute!

Depends on size of job and cutting involved. Google suggests between £20 and £40 per square metre or, for larger jobs, £150 and £200 per day. Your main problem will be finding a good tiler as the better ones will be fully booked.1

We're a design & fitout company and the guys I use vary from £25/m up to £40/m depending on the tile size, project size, patterns, cuts etc... Like previously stated though, the good ones are not cheap & always busy. Most are currently booking work for late July0
