Sunday Times-12/06-Voucher for 1lt Tropicana

I had a terrible job in tescos yesterday.
the voucher only scanned at 30p.
I only noticed because i had only £10 on me and had added up all my other shopping( it came to aver £10). the girl read the coupon, then she called a supervisor, then another lady came. i eventually got the full amount off(£1.22) .
When i got it home i found it wasn't as nice as the tesco "value" OJ. i won't be " buying" it again.

I asked if anyone knew of any offers on Tropicano but there were no replies. So I tried fixtureferret, nothing listed.

So off I went to Tesco were it is on special offer. I decided not to buy it there because it is on special offer, seems like devaluing the coupon (yes I am quite mad).

The I tried Sainsburys and found it was BOGOF !!!! Wasn't sure wether it would go through the till because the till girl (actually a till pensioner) knew that they were not scanning. But it was accepted so I got
TWO FREE LITRES OF TROPICANO!

Even managed to gob smack my husband who hasd been having a gib about the penny pinching LOL

While he was waititng for me to come out he noticed soemone putting what looked like an unread Sunday Times still in the plastic wrapper into the paper recycling bin. Sadly it had just been empytied so it was beyond reach

At Tescos today in St Neots, the voucher wouldn't scan at the till. "Its the till machines - go to CS and you will get the money" said the checkout lady

At CS they said that Tescos were no longer (since yesterday) participating !
I just had to return the juice and get my money !
