Thyroid problem

I had some thyroid related symptons. Rather than see the doctor i done a test via letsgetchecked. The results have come back abnormal with a high TGAB level. Normal range is 115 or lower, mine is 401iu/ml
Obviously im making an appointment first thing monday but i trying to educate myself on how severe this is or isnt.
I dont really have any recent health issues, im 34 and im not in recovery for anything. But ive been suffering with fatigue, muscle cramps, low libido
All seemed to point to thyroid issues so got a test done.
But what does it mean, i cant wait til monday lol

What were your other thyroid results? EDIT: to be clear, if your other results were all well within range then while you should still get it checked out, I wouldn't spend your weekend worrying about it. And even if they weren't, there's nothing you can do about it right now. Seeing your GP is the right thing to do.
Also have you had your vitamin D levels tested?0 -
Rather than self-diagnosis or seeking diagnosis from strangers on an internet forum, by far the best thing is to await the appointment with the Dr on Monday.
I very much doubt that the Dr will take into account the TGAB results you already have. The Dr may repeat that test and may also, if they still suspect thyroid cause, look to do T3, T4 and TSH as a minimum.
The symptoms you describe could be attributed to a wide range of causes, not just thyroid.1 -

Also if you haven't seen my edit above, please do. Worrying about it over the weekend won't change anything anyway, other than wear you out even more.0 -
My friend had her thyroid removed and is fine provided she takes her daily (essential for her) tiny tablet. I am also fine , having hypothyroidism, and taking the same tablet but a lower dose.
It looks as though vitamin D testing has been added to regular batch tests, as it was only tested in 2019, but had batch tests for diabetes and thyroid for over10 years.1
