Entrants MUST be engaged to be married or engaged to enter into a civil partnership
Entries are restricted to only one entry per person, however, both individuals from an engaged couple can enter the Competition with one entry each and only those people in an engaged couple may enter this Competition.
ONE wedding may be booked on any day of the week between the dates of 1st July 2021 – 30th December 2022.
The wedding must be booked and taken before 30th December 2022 the winning couple can book any date (subject to availability with Whitley Hall Hotel).
Weddings cannot be taken on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day.
Whitley Hall have pencilled a date of Saturday 28th August 2022 which would normally sell at £12,000.

The prize includes up to 60 Day Guests and 100 Evening Guests and maximum numbers for the day are 110 and for the evening are 160.

Additional day guests will be charged at £90 per person and additional evening guests will be charged at £25 per person.

Also included as part of the Prize:

• Wedding ceremony/ Civil Partnership ceremony (not including Registrars fee). If a registrar is required, the winning couple are to arrange this independently and pay all associated costs. Whitley Hall Hotel do not have any responsibility to cover any associated Registrar fees or costs. A Registrar is to be arranged by the winning couple.   Please note, Whitley Hall Hotel does not have the facilities to perform religious ceremonies. If the winner wishes to have a church ceremony or any other religious ceremony, they may have their wedding breakfast and reception at Whitley Hall Hotel but must pay for their religious/church ceremony (and all associated costs) themselves and separately. No element of the prize will be transferable to an alternative venue or ceremony. 
• Room hire for the ceremony, wedding breakfast and evening reception
• Use of the Whitley Terrace and ceremony within the Pavilion
• Outdoor bar for use 1 hour before the ceremony and until 22:30hrs
• 3 course wedding breakfast for 60 day guests only (menu below) to be selected by the winning couple prior to the wedding day. Whitley Hall Hotel will happily cater for any specialist dietary needs, with sufficient prior notice however, we cannot guarantee that adaptations to the catering for specific dietary requirement requests, allergies etc. will be possible. Additional charges may apply, and are the sole responsibility of the winning couple  - subject at all times to the discretion of Whitley Hall Hotel.
• 1 arrival drinks, 2 glasses of wine with the meal & a toast drink for up to 60 day guests only
• Evening buffet (menu below) for 100 guests. The attendance of any additional guests is at the sole discretion of Whitley Hall Hotel and the charges above will apply, to cover the additional catering costs for these guests.
• Room Hire for the daytime and evening reception (both the daytime and evening elements of the wedding must take place on the same day)
• Bar service and music will stop at midnight
• Dedicated wedding co-ordinator to guide you throughout planning your big day
• Overnight accommodation including breakfast for the wedding couple
• A master of ceremonies to preside over your big day who will stay until your evening reception has begun then your wedding will be managed by the hotel duty manager. Bar service and music will stop at midnight. Red carpet
