Proof of vaccination for Travel?

Anyone heard anything about how / when we'll get an app / portal to prove covid vaccination for travel?

Some mention of it here from Beltel 6 days ago but cant really see any other info, or proposed dates for it?

Just adding this update for anyone interested who hasnt spotted it on the Beeb NI site.

A paper-based vaccine "passport" could be available in Northern Ireland as early as 5 July, the Department of Health has said.

According to a statement, the initial specialised hard copy format will go live by 19 July at the latest.

My son applied for the temporary vaccine passport on Sunday 4 July to travel to Switzerland on Friday 9 July.  Got an email last night to say it should collect it from the SSE arena at 2pm today.  When applying on-line had a limited choice on the drop down list of destinations.  Chose Germany as it was the closest fit.  Certificate didn't mention any destination and (on checking) was told could be collected any time before 5pm today or early tomorrow.  More flexible than at first appeared.
