Iva ppi refund

Hi
Just wonder if anyone can offer any advice.
My iva finished in November I paid 100% to the pound. In December I got a ppi refund which went to my iva company. When I phoned them up to ask about it they said because I paid 100% to the pound it would come back to me. My question is the iva company is saying they can't find the ppi payment and the ppi company as given me the date the refund was issued and the date when it was cashed.feels like am going round in circles and this is still going on 5 months after the ppi company paid the ppi money to the iva company. Just wonder if anyone had any advice.
