Despite the .co.uk domain name it seems to be German or Austrian based as the web site mentions free delivery in those countries and a €6.75 postage charge elsewhere.
It's london address is in a correspondence address ( they get mail sent there and possibly a paid for operator who will just take a message ) and not an actual office or warehouseEx forum ambassador
