Solar Panels - Mis-sold Claim

I wonder whether anybody had any success claiming against their solar panel providers please? I have written to my provider to explain what I was told when buying the panels but they have written back to tell me their sales people go through extensive training and wouldn't have given me incorrect information. Where do I go from here?

What was your complaint? And what evidence did you supply?
Does your contract match up to what you received?0 -
What evidence did you supply to support your claim? That is going to be key, if it's your word from a sales meeting against say a documented training program that the firm can point to, then your complaint won't go anywhere. Yes we all know sales staff promise the world and deliver a rock but that is irrelevant if you cannot prove what you are claiming is the problem.Anna-Marie_Barry said:I have written to my provider to explain what I was told when buying the panels but they have written back to tell me their sales people go through extensive training and wouldn't have given me incorrect information.
