Complaints to Very.co.uk

Following a very disappointing experience with a recent purchase, I have found it impossible to speak to someone to register a complaint with this company. Customer services are not helpful and instruct you to use their app, which I have with no response. I have a pre-assembled wardrobe which is almost 2 weeks old and was delivered with no hanging rail, and still I wait. Very just don’t care. What else can I do I have spoken to customer services 3 times now.  They have refunded the delivery charge of £20 but I still have a brand new wardrobe that I cannot use
