we are currently in the process of moving and our broker has had an AIP approved with nationwide.
We’ve been asked to send the documentation - which we will do tomorrow to progress to application but I’m worried.
so about 18 months ago I decided to start trying to get down two credit cards - one I’ve cleared and 1 I have £1600 left. This isn’t the issue.
but to do this I started to transfer my bills money into my savings each month and pull it out when the bill was due (sometimes forgetting but the money is always paid on time and the account returned to black same day)
I also have lots of little payments on top of my payment to my remaining card as I pay when I have spare money so I have heaps of transactions.
is this going to be a red flag? My mortgage advisory doesn’t think so and will look over them but I’m worried that it’s going to be a sticky wicket

As long as your not late paying your bills it won't be a problem.
Why are you living like this and putting yourself through the stress.0 -
Because it’s how I have been getting it all sorted and when I made the conscious effort I felt I could only manage it that way. I have anxiety and money is a trigger.dimbo61 said:As long as your not late paying your bills it won't be a problem.
