There seems to be an error with the multiple choice questions, it wont let you select an answer for each section of the question, and won't let you move on.

I managed to get through by just choosing one for each column. Not exactly what they're expecting I don't think, but best you can do

It took me 7 minutes.

It is only question 4 that seems to be set up incorrectly.

4. When buying food, how important are the following factors in influencing your decision?

I did notice that on another question it says Your, when it meant You, which also added to making this survey feel a bit rushed and not set up correctly, but we knew what they meant.
