Hi, about 3/4 years ago I had a fall at work and really hurt my back, since then I've had so much back pain which isn't getting any better and effects me daily. (I've seen physios etc in the past and am seeing one now) am I too late to make any sort of claim if I even can make one? Thankyou.

3 year limitation for personal injury, to start the claim and issue court proceedings.
