Travel from NI to England

I am slightly confused, I plan to travel to see family in England which is allowed now from today. BBC and other news sources said that travel within the common travel area can resume for non essential reasons and that you won't need to isolate when you return or take any tests. However, the NI Direct website says (for travel within the CTA) from May 24th you need to isolate for 10 days on return or take a pre departure lateral flow test, and then day 2 and day 8 lateral flow tests. So isolation or testing is needed, both of which I thought were done away with now?

Thanks liamster! I presume passenger locator forms are also not needed? They seem to be for arrival into UK rather than travel within UK but again nothing clear on this0

You do need to isolate or take the tests when you come home.0
