Problems with TNS

hi,

Does anyone else have problems with TNS?

I have done two jobs for them and both times they have emailed me a couple of days after doing the job and submitting the info to remind me to complete it. Last time I stated in a email that I had completed it and that I had a receipt and a answer came back to say they would sort it at their end.

This time though I have submitted the report, I got emails which I have replied too and then they started phoning me. I spoke to a lady and although I said I had done the submission she asked me to do it again :mad: and although I was quite peeved at having to do it all again I said I would. That night when I logged on to do it, there was an email from the company saying although X has spoken to me twice I still dont seem to have done the shop (!!!) and not to do it now etc :mad: :mad: :mad: ... I replied saying that I have other commitments and was logging on now to complete. I also said that I resented the tone of the email as it was very accusatory (sp) especially since the mistake lay with them.

I haven't received any other communication from them, not sure whether I will get paid or what?

When you do these surveys do you press the button at the bottom of the page taking you back to the home page. It is 2 arrows?

I cant remember if I did or not but I did print off the sheet with the percentage bar showing full.
