Employment Tribunal - Schedule of Loss

Hello Everyone.
I would be grateful if anyone could give me some advice on whether my SOL for my forthcoming Tribunal is a fair amount to seek or if I have included, or missed anything, in it which could be considered frivolous. Prior to resigning on the grounds of breach of contract, I did have a paid appointment with an employment law solicitor who advised that I had an extremely strong case to go to Tribunal with. I made every effort to reach an outcome of my complaint and also offered to talk about a settlement agreement with them. Unfortunately, things got worse and I had to walk away in the end. ACAS is currently involved in the conciliation process and I have a feeling my former employer will wish to defend the claim. My SOL is due within 2 weeks and would ask if anyone can offer advice or pointers for it as I will be representing myself. I have attached screenshots with personal details redacted. Thank you in advance.

The first part of 4. appears twice - delete the duplication.

Googling on your question might have been both quicker and easier, if you're only after simple facts rather than opinions!

Thank you Marcon, I will have a look at that link. The duplicate section 4 does not appear in the original document, merely an error when taking the screenshots for upload to here.
