Child tax overpayment & getting mortgage

Hi my partner and I are looking at buying our first home. Currently we pay £5 a month to Advantis towards a historic overpayment of child tax credit. It doesn't appear on my credit file.
Would this be considered a debt management plan by lenders? It didn't go through any debt charities when it was set up.
Many thanks in advance.
