gastrocnemius release / calf lengthening cost?

My OH needs a gastrocnemius release on one calf. She currently cannot walk and is out of work because of this.
We are considering going private because the waiting lists for the NHS will be astronomical - especially when you cant return to work till its done.
Anyone have any idea what this costs?
We are hoping it won't cost much more than £750, as it's just one calf, local anesthetic, and a 20 min surgery.

The day costs just to cover what the hospital charges are around £900 plus. Surgeons fees will be from £400 ish and anaesthetists fees from£150 ish plus the cost of initial consultation and any necessary tests and follow up appointments. You are best phoning up your local private hospital and ask them for an all in quote for treatment.
