Aspirin, Paracetamol & Caffeine Tablets

There was a discussion about this in 2017.
Situation seems worse as major supermarkets don’t provide an alternative to ‘Anadin Extra’ when in the past they did. No competition for GSK and the monopoly for what is a generic combination of medicine.
interested in comments and if anyone can find an alternative brand.

Yes, thanks for that. I found a pdf from 2016 using Google search. If they sold such a product then, they don’t anymore.0

My local Sainsburys had loads of their own brand paracetamol plus, that is the ones with caffeine at 80p a packet.

I know it's not the question, but is it not cheaper to take cheap paracetamol plus, together with a cheap aspirin tablet?
Or even cheap paracetamol and aspirin washed down with a cup of coffee or a glass of coco-cola?2022. 2% MF challenge. £730/30005 -

It's just that where alternatives to 'Anadin Extra' were available (and cheaper) they aren't any more0 -

I think the OP means the none branded mixture ones, like Galphram used to do (usually called extra power) and you could pick them up in Bnm, Home Bargains, Asda etc for about 40p for 16.......but yes they have vanished from the shelves, best you can do at the moment is Anadin extra from BnM for £1 for 12 .
Though saying that i did see some unknown branded ones in our local Factory shop but they were still £1.50 for 16 , triple what they we're.
