    Stop worrying.
Thank you, I'm really trying not to but it's hard. Still a couple weeks off completion and I just want to ensure that there are no hiccups. I wish I had checked my credit file before application, then I would have known about the missed payments. I can't remember last week let alone 4/5 years ago.
I completely understand it's a waiting game but I am just tired of feeling this way and just need this process to be over.
My head tells me that yes, Halifax will have seen these missed payments and offered anyway but me being the over thinker that I am keeps trying to find scenarios where they may have missed them and then will pull the offer. I know it's irrational, I have been credit searched a few times and had no comebacks. They've used both Experian and trans union so must have seen everything there is too see.

    sorry for the long vent.

just feeling very emotional and overwhelmed

Looks like no ones about today :)
Thanks all who have helped me with advice these last couple of weeks and thanks @Deleted_User for your response to my last query. Really helped. Hopefully the next time I post it will be with good news :)

Stop worrying and try to think about something else instead.

You have your mortgage offer. That is the hard part over :)
