Here’s my TSB timeline. I’m sure every case is very different, but I’d say they were fairly quick.April 19 - application submitted
April 20 - valuation scheduled for April 26
April 30 - found out valuation had been postponed until May 12
May 12 - valuation carried out, confirmation from broker that evening that mortgage was approved0 -
I hope TSB are swift for us.
Application submitted 17/05
Valuation booked for 28/05 (could have been quicker but new build sales assistant not available until this date)
Fingers crossed we hear back quickly!0 -
