Fees added to Part Admission Court Judgement by Flight Delay Claims company

Hi All
I am helping a friend who has recently been chased for a debt by a flight delay company.
I won't go into the specific details but they admitted part of the claim and this has been accepted by the company(£71.09).
We have received the form from the court filled in by the company and added on are
£35 court fees - ok I get that
£50 Solicitors issuing fee
£40 solicitors judgement fee
It was not made clear at all in the part admission form and accompanying text that these fees would be added on. and what was an affordable amount to pay (£71.09) has now jumped up to £196.09.
Can anyone can advise if these legally have to be paid - or how these can be disputed as my friend could afford the agreed settlement but not the additional £120?
I cannot see where or who we contact to dispute these?
Thanks in advance

Well how far through the legal process are they ?
Has judgement already been granted, or are you still at the pre-action stage ?
Fee`s are added for solicitors etc etc, so that is not uncommon.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards.
