Cabot Cca Request Help

Hi there, I wondered if anyone could help.
I have recently sent 2 recorded delivery cca requests to Cabot Financial Ltd. One to the advertised post address, one to the registered office address, but on the tracking they both come up as return to sender?
Im not really sure what to do next.
I have found another address registered to Cabot in West Sussex that I was going to try, but any help would be appreciated.
I wondered if this was a new strategy to avoid the request?
Many thanks

Mail is delivered to companies such as this in bulk, just send it normal 1st class delivery to the advertised address.

Due to COVID-19, things are not currently being signed for anyway.

    Ok, thanks for the reply.
Would it be worth emailing this request as well?

To be compliant with the act, it must be in writing.

The same happened to me back in September. They did actually get the letter and responded a week or two later. I never found out why it said “return to sender”.
