Buying a house during a divorce.

Hi, I'm asking for a friend, so apologies in advance if I don't have all the info.
My friend has recently separated from her husband and their house went up for sale and found a buyer in March, and she has just found a house for her and her kids.
I'm really happy for her and proud of how strong she is being, but I'm a bit worried about a few things. She found out her husband has run up a load of gambling debts (almost £50k), and has two CCJs (£5k each).
Their buyer has told them they will pull out if the haven't exchanged before the end of June. It's unlikely she will be divorced by then, and I've heard you can only get a clean break/consent order after divorce. Will his debts and CCJs affect her getting a mortgage on her own before the end of June? She's not worried, please tell me I am worrying for nothing! Thank you!
