Middle Name not included in contract docs

Hi All
Apologies if this is not the correct place to post, I have just received various docs from my solicitors and noticed that a number of them do not have my middle name on (The Standard conditions of sale and the transfer of whole of registered title forms both do not include my middle name but looks as if the sellers middle names are included so I just wondered if this matters?
My mortgage offer letter includes my middle name. I have tried to get through to my solicitors today but not been able to yet, I have emailed them as they also got my DOB wrong, incorrect title (although assuming this doesn't really matter too much?) and spelt my first name wrong on the SDLT forms so I have mentioned this already in the email, but am I just being picky or will it cause issues if my middle name isn't included?

Doesn't matter, my middle name comes and goes depending on what mood I (or the other party) am in and it's never caused a problem.2
