Will 90% LTV get me at least 4.5X my wage ?

Hello everyone , I’m applying for a mortgage soon , I’m a first time buyer , I have good credit , no defaults , have around £450 a month in bills currently , earn £54000 a year , working as a heating engineer in a very very secure company . I have £27000 deposit and am hoping to get a £270000 property , do you think I have a chance ?

@coyi123 There's nothing in your post that indicates you may not be able to borrow 4.5-4.75x income at mainstream rates at 90% LTV. You could even potentially be eligible for the Nationwide Helping Hands 90% LTV FTB product at up to 5.5x.

@coyi123 Your young age is a positive as you could in theory extend your term all the way to 35-40 years if needed to meet lender affordablity calculations.
