The only concern is it doesn’t seem to be available right now

It’s a couple of thousand pounds to start with


i really want to go for that government loan as it’s perfect 

but it’s not available right now and there is no way to contact

Eligibility

Whether you qualify for an Advanced Learner Loan depends on your:

• age
• course
• college or training provider
• nationality or residency status

You must be 19 or older on the first day of your course.

Your course must be:

• a Level 3, 4, 5 or 6 qualification, for example A Levels or graduate certificate
• at an approved college or training provider in England

I have confirmed there is no upper age limit

so why is it not available for me at the moment?

Firstly, where does it say you can’t apply now? I went through the pages and it took me to the apply page. 

Secondly, there is not an upper age limit, just you need to be over 19. 

Finally, your training provider or college will have to provide you with certain information to apply and they also have to accept payment through the loan, not all providers do, you’ll need to check. 

Side note..is this for 100% sure an accredited course and not one of those courses where you get some sort of certificate to say you attended? Please check.
