Eligibility

 

• Entrants must be 18 years and over and hold a valid passport/travel document and be able to travel to and from Southampton airport to take the flights.
• Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded.
• Entrants must comply with COVID-19 testing requirements

 

Prize

 

• One winner will receive a 3 night break from Friday to Monday only to Gibraltar for 2 persons with flights from Eastern Airways and hotel accommodation at the The Eliott Hotel in Gibraltar on a bed and breakfast basis for 2 persons sharing.
• Return flights with Eastern Airways from Southampton to Gibraltar includes 1 x 10kg hand baggage plus 1 x 15kg checked baggage allowance per person.
• The prize must be taken within 3 months of winning.
• Prize winner and companion must travel together.
• Flights and accommodation are subject to availability, therefore flexibility with dates will be required.
• Flights and accommodation are non-transferable and non changeable once booked and there are no cash alternatives.
• No compensation will be payable in case of delay or postponing prize.
• Winner must make their own way to the airports.
• Transfers are not included.
• Minimum 14 days’ notice to process booking requests.
• We reserve the right to substitute the prize with another prize at our discretion.
• Does not include COVID-19 testing

ITEM 6: ENTRANT RESTRICTIONS	The Competition is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over at the date of their entry. Employees (and their family members) of the Promoter (or any company in the same group) or any company involved in the Competition, including the Prize Provider, are excluded from entering the Competition and their entries will not be considered. If the winner is found to be ineligible, we reserve the right to award the prize to another participant and to require the return of any prize already awarded. An eligible entrant must be an individual and have a valid email address   Other entry restrictions are as follows: Entrants must be from the station TSA’s.
ITEM 7: ROUTES OF ENTRY AND COSTS	You can enter by: Free of charge on the Website; Entrants gain entry to the Competition by answering the correct answer to the competition question and filling in the requested information at the competition form page.
ITEM 9: DRAW DETAILS	The winner will be chosen from all eligible entrants by a computer generated program at random. The winner will be notified by email within twenty  (20) days from the closing date If a prize is declined or unclaimed by a selected winner, or if a selected winner cannot be contacted from the details supplied on the day of the prize draw, the prize will be forfeited. Bauer’s decision is final.
ITEM 10: WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT	The winner(s) name and hometown are available on request by emailing the contact details listed in item 16.
ITEM 11: PRIZE DETAILS	There is 1 prize available to be won from this  competition. No cash alternatives or refunds.
ITEM 12: PRIZE PROVIDER	Eastern Airways (the “Prize Provider”). Please note that where prizes are provided by third parties, the prize may be subject to the terms and conditions of that third party. The Promoter is not responsible for any aspect of the Prize, including unsatisfactory quality or late delivery.
ITEM 13: DATA PROTECTION	Entrants’ personal data (including telephone numbers and addresses) will be collected by the Promoter and will be used to process entries. The Promoter will also provide winners’ names and contact details to the Prize Provider, solely for the purpose of arranging delivery of the prize. By entering the Competition, participants consent to the storage and processing of their personal data as described here, which shall be strictly in accordance with current UK Data Protection legislation. ITEM 14: INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND CONSENTS	Entrants consent to their voice being used on the Promoter’s radio broadcasts and to a copy of this broadcast (the “Recording”) being stored by the Promoter for exploitation in any and all media for promotional or other purposes. To the extent possible, entrants agree to assign to the Promoter the title to any intellectual property rights or interest that they may have in the Recording.
ITEM 15: OTHER CONDITIONS	Only entries received in accordance with these Terms will be accepted. Participants may enter the Competition more than once. The Promoter has the right to disqualify participants if it reasonably believes participants have breached any of the Terms. If there is any misunderstanding, mistake or dispute concerning the operation of the Competition, including the correctness or acceptability of any answers given by winner(s), or the operation of any technical/communications system, the Promoter’s decision shall be final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into on this subject. The correct answers to questions must exactly match the Promoter’s answers to win. The Promoter has no responsibility or liability if participants fail to get through when they call to enter.
