Looks OK to me. But I&E's are not a strong point of mine.
As you imply, you haven't really got much room to make adjustments.
No chance of an IPA, so unless anyone can spot something I've missed I would say you are good to go.

Ok thanks. Well thats just about it then, off to court on Tuesday.
Will let you all know how I get on, more worried about the OR interview than anything, same as most people. Hope they do the phone call before christmas!
BIG THANKYOU to everyone for their help, advice and support.

Good luck for Tuesday.

Check back on this thread before you go, since since other people may be able to add advice.
I hope you get the interview over and done before Xmas so that you can relax and make the most of it.
Even of you don't, please try to not let it dwell on your mind. Like virtually very aspect, you normally come out of it wondering what you were worried about?Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB

Hi, I/E is good the OR would have to be a right scrooge to challenge that ! - just as a precaution I would remove the internet, reduce the mobile to £ 10 and the petrol to £ 30 AND put all those 'savings' on to your food bill, which is very low. ( thats prob another £ 70 on food )
In this way if he doesnt allow your car then you could put the same amount down for alternative transport
Good luck

Cheers DD.

That should help lilly62.
I've got a bit of a blind spot for I&E's, which might partly explain why I went BR in then first place.:o oops!Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB

No probs Fermi ! I see quite a lot of i/e statements as you might well guess !!
Lilly - I m a bit conserned that you may not be recording your income correctly. You mention incapacity benefit ( assume short term lower rate ) The weekly rate is £ 61.35, so multi ply by 52 and divide by 12 = £ 265.85.
I think you are using a four weekly fiqure £ 61 multiplied by 4 = £ 244 which does not show your true income. Please check your other rates - I dont want the OR to catch you out !
Best

Thanks DD for your advice, will adjust income accordingly. Was worried about changing phone etc as OR will see on my last years bank statements what goes out and I dont want to mislead him.0

Forgot to mention about my car. It's worth about 1400 and I need it as I have a disabled daughter and also when I'm working I work early and late shifts and often travel long distances at short notice ( agency care worker). I will fight tooth and nail to keep my car!0

Just write in the other information bit why you need your car. With what you say I can't see any problem with keeping it.BSCno.87The only stupid question is an unasked oneLoving life as a Kernow Hippy0
