I'm a guarantor, left paying the debt long story short, I'm trying to find out what happens if redress scheme is a none starter, what will happen to me??

I believe I should not have been accepted and Checks were not completed so I feel I have a complaint.

There's very little in the way to be paid out even if your complaint is successful, so you might want to send your complaint in quickly.

You feel that you should not have been accepted yet you still applied.

Nothing will happen to you if you continue to pay the debt on time.

I'd get it in very quickly, the court have rejected the SOA despite creditors backing it - bear in mind redress claims have been on old since december. They're an appeal away from liquidation now.

The Judge and FCA clearly think Amigo are "At it"
I see the 95% of creditors who backed it is actually about 8% of those eligible to vote.
