A year after being discharged from bankruptcy

In late 2018 I was finding it increasingly difficult to work due to numerous health issues which were getting worse. I was a freelance graphic designer, working from home. In early 2019 my health conditions overwhelmed me and I had to stop working completely. As I had numerous debts, I was declared bankrupt on 7th June 2019. That bankruptcy was discharged one year later, on 7th June 2020. Two establishments whose debts were included in the bankruptcy still have those debts as being current outstanding payments on my credit record. (barclaycard and lowells). I have, twice, raised a dispute through a couple of credit report apps (Totally Money and another I can't remember at present). Both times I have received an email from TransUnion saying that my dispute was denied. Why? Regretfully I cannot find the paperwork for either debt, so do not have the complete account numbers as they only show partial account numbers on the credit report sites. What am I doing wrong?
Part of my health conditions include extremely high anxiety and agoraphobia - I cannot speak on the phone - so I hope that the answer doesn't mean having to phone them.
Any help or advice would be much appreciated.
Thank you.

Sorry to hear about your situation. :-(
There will probably be some more experienced people along soon, but for the time being:
I think part of the problem is that you’re trying to do it via an app - you’d probably be better writing to the credit reference agencies directly; and/or could you try and make an appointment with the CAB to see if someone could help you? I know it might mean taking on the phone but at least you’d be speaking to someone sympathetic. There is also a sticky thread on the forum about credit file clean-up that might be worth looking at.0 -
You need to contact Barclays and Lowell's directly. They will have your account details on file. Make note of these and make note of the address to write to with proof of your discharge from bankruptcy.
Send letters to both, quoting on your letters whatever reference they asked you to when you called, enclosing proof of your discharge from bankruptcy (discharge certificate), asking that they update your credit files to reflect a settled status against the accounts on your credit files.0
