Hi all
Has anyone got recent experience of NatWest's mortgage process? If so, what time frames is the bank currently working towards with respect to assessing applications? i.e. if my application was submitted via the telephone process today, how long would it likely be until I received a decision on my application?
Any thoughts gratefully received.
Thanks

Application submitted 11th May (via broker)
offer received 21st May
we also lost a few days in the middle too after they requested more info which involved having to get letters from an employer etc, so all in all very quick turnaround.0 -
Mine took 16 days from application to offer. Valuation was scheduled for a week and a bit, then the underwriting was complete within about 2 days.0

We submitted on a Monday and had an offer on the Thursday! We went through a broker though - and she had already prepared responses to some things we thought they’d flag e.g my home insurance is with Tesco and comes out as Tesco bank and she said they’d check to see it wasn’t a credit card. Was really impressed. We had a desktop valuation too so I think that made things happen a lot quicker!0
