Anyone have experience of Nottingham Mortgage Services?

Hi, does anyone have any experience of using Nottingham Mortgage Services?
I have my LISA with The Nottingham Building Society and as one of my membership "rewards" after holding money with them for over a year I get free access to Nottingham Mortgage Services which according to their website searches the whole of the market (60+ lenders – cost to non-members £299).
As some background we are an early 30’s FTB couple currently renting and earning approximate £50,000 between us in permanent "secure" jobs. Likely to be looking at 85-90% LTV mortgages in our area on a property costing in the region of £180,000-£220,000. We have no debts etc and want to borrow less than 4x salary so not expecting any real difficulties and already have a basic AIP from L&C as recommended by MSE but to be honest as FTBs we might appreciate a bit more handholding than they seem to provide! Hence wondering if Nottingham Mortgage Services might fit the bill or if its better to consider a real local broker etc? They do also have a branch locally which may come in handy although that may be less relevant at the moment than normal…
Thanks for any advice received.

@birdboy89 I haven't heard of them but from what I can see they will likely provide a better service than the volume brokers. Unless you want face-to-face advice (and someone is offering that locally), the broker being local or not doesn't really make any difference imho.

@birdboy89 Well done
I've nothing against EA brokers but just watch out for them being panelled (not whole of market) and charging an unnecessarily high-fee payable at application. If you do opt to go with a fee-charging broker, try making sure that the fee is only payable on receipt of the mortgage offer.
