QDR parking fine

After some help... Received a parking notice for £186 from a company called QDR solicitors. I’m based in Scotland - can this be enforced or can I be taken to court? I don’t even recall getting a ticket and it was over 3 years ago - can someone advise?

You badly need it - using the “fine” word indicates you are completely at sea with this.

Please get yourself over to an appropriate forum - ie the Parking Tickets subfourm in Motoring and start by carefully reading the Newbies Sticky at the top of the board - paying particular attention to the Scotland-specific advice.

Already done that but can’t find a definitive answer other than ignore and don’t admit to being the driver.. for £180 is it likely I’ll be taken to court..
