My daughter who was 18 last month April 2021. She finishes college this week on Friday end of may . No more exams or a levels too do. Do I stop paying child maintanance straight away . She is taking a year out of education too work & then go uni next year if she gets her grades . What is the law please

It will depend on when the actual end date of college, although she finishes end of May this may not be the final end date. Child benefit will end either 31st May or 31st August. https://www.gov.uk/child-benefit-16-19
