Hi,
Anyone else due to submit full applications this week? Would be good to share experience.
after a long 10mths waiting for this property we finally got round to offer stage and it was accepted. Property was going through confirmation ( probate)
visiting mortgage broker tomorrow to submit full application. We have a AIP with Halifax for 15% but hoping to get 10%.

Just back from mortgage broker couldn’t get 10% so went with 15% deposit. The application was submitted around a hour or so ago and already had a email notification of a hard search carried out on credit karma.I am so nervous property is £100k, deposit £15k so borrowing if accepted £85k our AIP was £140k
husband in full time employment and I am self employed0 -
