    I'm with Sky with a SIM only contract. I don't use Wi-Fi calling and have no trouble most of the time, though I do occasionally get the call connecting but no message and it automatically cuts off after about 15 seconds. So now if it connects with no message I hang up and try again. 
    Can you change from Wi-Fi to regular calls and see what happens? 
    Tried this but no change  :(
    Are the calls via 4G, 3G or 2G? I know anytime my call goes over 3G on EE, the call is silent but if you press 1 at the right the to confirm your entry, it is counted. 
    I set my phone to only use 2G and still nothing.
    Given that my screen shows "Calling..." followed by "Call Ended" and does not show a counter I am thinking the call is never connected/answered.

    I missed the beginning of the phone 60 times as I do not check the Post, phone & text comps forum but found it when I realised I had not seen a cash register post for quite some time.
    I am on Sky Mobile sim only and use Wi-Fi Calling when at home but when I call any of the 9 numbers my screen shows  "Calling..." for 34 seconds followed by "Call Ended", my phone is silent the whole time.
    I have tried calling nearly 70 times today and have not received a message stating I have reached my limit so the calls are obviously not connecting.
    Any suggestions greatly appreciated.
    Does your phone screen display ever change from "Calling" to look like it's answered at the other end? 
    34 seconds isn't long enough for it to have answered (if it was a silent call) and then time out - that would take over a minute.
    So I'm not sure that the call is definitely connecting.

    If your phone supports it, it might be worth trying to select just the 2G network on your phone and see if that works.
    But - please remember to change it back afterwards - you don't want to stay on 2G otherwise you won't be able to use mobile data on your phone 

    If you ever get it where the call lasts longer than about 37 seconds, you can try pressing 1 then and see if it hangs up about 10 seconds later - if it does that, then you've been entered.

    Tried 2G and still nothing, but I agree it looks like it is not connecting or being answered.  If it was one number I could put it down to user error but I have tried all 9 numbers more than once.

    I even tried phoning my son to make sure the issue was not my phone and that worked okay.

    Very confused.

    Hello, You can enter the next competition as soon as the previous competition has finished. So for Monday you can enter from about 15.15 on the Friday.

    Hello, You can enter the next competition as soon as the previous competition has finished. So for Monday you can enter from about 15.15 on the Friday. 

    You can call now. The lines opened at 3.10pm on Friday.

    We are with Sky Mobile and the network was down. I managed to make a few cash register calls in the morning and then it just kept ending the call automatically.

    On their FB page they don't immediately say if it's been won but do announce the next days amount at about 15.30
