Insufficient postage

Hi received a card from postman yesterday insufficient postage paid.  Not ordered anything so must be a win .  Had to go online and pay £3.50 to get it redelivered on Tuesday.  Just wondering what on earth it could be !

    There are a lot of scams going around at the moment in regards to Postage fees, so if you do receive one of these emails / TXT's ... be wary!
    (Not saying that is the case here, but be careful)
