I received a letter from Lowell on Friday offering me a 90% discount on £1600 debt. I actually have 6 debts in total all with Lowell so I called them to ask about a discount on the others the guy was like no. I called them back today asking the same question and they’ve now applied the 90% discount to them all saving me just over 10k. I’m so made up I actually cried on the phone.

Great news but make sure you get it all in writing before paying anything.

That’s brilliant news, Did you confirm all the debts had the correct paperwork in place for them to enforce them in the first place?
Best I got was a 20% offer and nothing else, thought it would have improved but sadly not.

Yes I’ll wait till the letters arrived till I actually pay anything 👍

Yes I’ve had all the credit agreements for them previously. Having said that I’ve clearly spent the money so I’m happy with what I’ve been offered.

I’m just talking the others now and I have a feeling they aren’t going to be as easy as Lowell 😂

Yes paid all 6 of them today it was a great feeling 👍
