That is a fantastic response. I will give it some thought.
Just so you know, my v5 was up to date, I am very particular to update my details as soon as I move house. So the parking firm deliberately took it to court after I moved without checking the address again. I suspect the new house owners returned their invoices as addressee unknown.

Having said all that, the fake debt collector letters have stopped. So im guessing they have now given up.
I'm in a lucky position to have no need of credit, so I'm quite happy to host wait out the remainder of the ccj.
