That is a fantastic response. I will give it some thought.Just so you know, my v5 was up to date, I am very particular to update my details as soon as I move house. So the parking firm deliberately took it to court after I moved without checking the address again. I suspect the new house owners returned their invoices as addressee unknown.Having said all that, the fake debt collector letters have stopped. So im guessing they have now given up.I'm in a lucky position to have no need of credit, so I'm quite happy to host wait out the remainder of the ccj.Cheers0
