Hi,
I have needed to use EX160s for a variety of reasons recently and they have been accepted as I am on Universal Credits.
I am expecting a large personal injury payout but not in the near future, and was wondering if the costs associated with the EX160's will have to be repaid if/when this payment comes through?
Any help much appreciated.

Court form EX-160 is used to provide remission on court and tribunal fee`s.
These take note of your circumstances at the time of application, whether you qualify or not depends on your income/savings etc.
Any money from a medical negligence or personal injury award, is disregarded when taking your savings into account.
You do not have to declare this money anyway, at any stage of the process.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards.
